Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you submit the callback form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, and — optionally — your email address and a short message.

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs to keep the site secure, reliable and protected against spam and abuse.

If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant providers also process usage data as described below.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

We use the callback details solely to contact you and to plan a no-obligation discovery call. The legal basis is your request and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a possible engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
